Tomorrow, I walk for NAMI San Diego. I cordially invite those of you living within jumbo jet distance of San Diego to join me tomorrow. Watch out for the volcanic dust.

I serve on the board of NAMI San Diego, and I devote a lot of time to the organization. We are leaders in making vital outreaches to the community, but we need your help.

John -- This is just way too cool. While San Diego is doing its NAMI Walk 8 AM tomorrow (boy, you silly guys get up early!), 3rd Platoon, Baker Company of the 3rd Infantry Division's 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team and others begin the 5K run at 19:00 hours (Iraq time) to raise awareness for PTSD. They will be doing their run in full body armor. But something tells me they will finish before you do!
